The timeline for obtaining Green Tick® Certification typically ranges from two to three months, depending on the size and quality of your operation and the specific parts you wish to have certified. Having all records in place can expedite the process.
Green Tick® certification is issued globally for three years, and then an organisation is audited again if it wishes to continue using the Green Tick® brand.
Then this standard is noted as 'not applicable' in the Auditor's report.
Sustainability: no permanent harm to people or the environment throughout the life cycle of a product or service ('cradle to grave' or 'cradle to cradle') for operations under your direct control. References: ISO 14001: 2015
To certify a new product or production process, you will undergo a new product or production line audit. The main goal is to determine if the new product or process meets the required certification standards. Typically, a 12-month compliance check follows the initial certification audit. Green Tick® Certification uniquely supports innovation by allowing the certification of new products and processes without penalty or undue delay.
